Stonewall Sports New Orleans was established in 2016 and is organized as a nonprofit corporation in the State of Louisiana and is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code. Our league values each player for who they are and what they bring to the leagues community.
Determination Letter and Form 990s
After originally operating under a fiscal sponsorship, Stonewall Sports - New Orleans obtained its own 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in 2025.
Stonewall Sports - New Orleans was determined to be a public charity under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 509(a)(2) and exempt from federal income tax under IRC Section 501(c)(3). Our IRS Determination Letter is available here and on the IRS website for public review. Additionally, our annual Form 990 returns will be available upon filing and acceptance by the IRS.
